NOTE: When cleaning, use only food-
approved detergents.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.

Use a scraper tool to remove cooking resi-
)
dues from the plate.
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and
)
leave it to act for a few minutes.
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge,
)
rinse with plenty of water and dry.
NOTE: To clean the plate it is also pos-
sible to use the "drain extension" (accessory
on request), for draining into a larger contai-
ner and/or directly into a siphon with grille.
IMPORTANTE: Rinse the cooking
plate thoroughly to remove all residues
of the degreasing detergent, and prevent
stains and marks from forming when the
plate is put back into use.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Remove the bottom plate (A) and the grid (B)

from the oven and clean them thoroughly.
Clean the inside parts of the oven to remove
)
any deposits which may impair its operation.
Dry the surfaces and reassemble the compo-
)
nents.
