Install the fork leg (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).

Install the front wheel (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).

Take the motorcycle off the lift stand (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).

Install the headlight mask with the headlight (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).

Push the outside fork tube upward.
Clamp the outside fork tube in the area of the lower triple clamp.
Clamping stand (T1403S)
Grease the O-ring of the screw cap.
Lubricant (T158) ( p. 30)
Mount and tighten screw cap
