2. Intended use
The MENZER industrial vacuum cleaner VCM
330 is intended for use as a wet & dry vacuum
cleaner for the cleaning of floor and wall areas in
outdoor and indoor spaces and for the vacuum-
ing and separation of dry, non-flammable and
non-explosive dusts, of non-flammable and
non-explosive liquids and of water/air mixtures
in non-hazardous areas. The vacuum cleaner
is not intended for the vacuuming of foams. The
vacuum cleaner is suitable for private and profes-
sional use, e.g. in workshops, hotels, schools,
hospitals, factories, shops, offices and rented
premises. This machine must be used with filter
elements and fleece filter bags recommended by
MENZER only.

The vacuum cleaner VCM 330 is suitable for dust
class M and bears the relevant certification mark.
Vacuum cleaners for dust class M in compliance
with EN 60335-2-69 are intended for the removal
and separation of dusts posing a moderately
health hazard and an exposition limit value of
> 0,1mg/m³.
The vacuuming of carcinogenic substances (except
wood chips) or substances carrying pathogens is
prohibited.
Caution! The owner/operator is liable for
any improper use!

• Store the operating manual in a safe place for
future use.
The regional general health and safety regulations
must be complied with in addition to the instruc-
tions contained in this manual.
• WARNING – The device must only be operated
in accordance with its intended use. Any work
performed with the device, for which it was not
designed, may result in damage to assets and
injury to personnel.
• WARNING – Non-compliance with the manual
and other information or compliance errors may
result in electrocution, fire and/or severe injuries.
• This device must not be operated by persons
with physical/mental disabilities or physical per-
ception impairments or which are not familiar with
the use and handling of this device type. Children
are not permitted to operate this device!
• The use of this device by adolescents within the
scope of professional technical training is permit-
ted. The stipulations set out in the Youth Work
Protection Act (JArbSchG) apply.
