Detergent. To reduce the drying time, you can place
the orthosis on a thick terry towel, roll it up tightly
and squeeze it firmly. Do not leave it in the towel
and do not place it on a heater or in the sun to dry.
The orthosis is not suitable for tumble drying. Please
fasten the stabilising girdle back into the orthosis
again when the orthosis is completely dry. This Juzo
product must not be cleaned chemically. You can
wipe the stabilising girdle clean with a damp cloth.
The cover can be washed just like the orthosis.

orthosis.
Notes for specialist staff
Please note the applicable official regulations
relating to the issue and adjustment of orthoses by
authorised specialist staff.
Adjustment: The stabilisation rods can be adjusted to
the individual requirements of the patient.
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Strong: To shape the rods or,
depending on the indication, remove them comple-
tely, simply take them out of the pockets.
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Plus: The orthosis can be
dismantled simply by detaching the pad and strap
element.
Storage information and usage duration
Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight. The
medical retailer or doctor prescribing the orthosis
will advise on exactly how long it can be used for.
Indications
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Strong:
Osteoarthritis of the facet joint (joint wear), low back
pain / lumbosciatica (severe pain and irritation in the
lumbar region), intervertebral disc protrusion, hernia-
ted disc (painful bulging of the intervertebral discs
in the lumbar region), spondylolysis (displacement
of the connection between two vertebrae), degene-
rative spondylolisthesis / Grade I with low back pain
(degenerative vertebral slippage), myostatic, muscu-
lar insufficiency (postural weakness), lumbago / with
SI joint involvement (suddenly occurring pain with
subsequent limitation of movement), lumbar spinal
canal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal).
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Plus:
Chronic, recurring low back pain / ligamentoses
(severe persistent / recurring pain in the lumbar regi-
on), osteochondrosis / spondylosis/spondylarthrosis
(joint wear), lumbosciatica / radiculopathy (mild pain
and irritation in the lumbar region), spondylolysis
(displacement of the connection between two
vertebrae).
Contraindications
In case of the following syndromes or clinical
pictures, the orthosis should only be worn after prior
consultation with the treating physician:
Skin diseases or skin irritations; Wounds in the treat-
ment area are to be covered with sterile dressings.

Side effects
There are no known side effects when used as
directed. However, if negative alterations (such as for
example skin irritations) should occur while the use
of our products has been prescribed, please go to
your physician or your specialist dealer immediately.
If an incompatibility should be known against one
or several ingredients of this product, please check
back with your physician before use. If your medical
condition deteriorates while the use of our products,
please go to your physician immediately. The manu-
facturer is not liable for damages / injuries which have
been caused by improper handling or misuse.
In the case of complaints related to this product,
such as damage to the knitted fabric or problems
with the fit, please contact the medical retailer direc-
tly. Only serious incidents that may lead to a major
deterioration of the patient's medical condition or to
death should be reported to the manufacturer and
the relevant authority in the Member State. Serious
incidents are defined in Article 2 (65) Regulation (EU)
2017 / 745 (MDR).
Disposal
As a rule, the product is to be destroyed via the con-
ventional disposal route after the end of use. Please
observe the applicable local / national regulations.

Comment mettre correctement votre
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Strong :
Avant de mettre l'orthèse, veuillez desserrer les deux
sangles de chaque côté de la fermeture. Il est ainsi
possible de procéder à l'enfilage sans avoir à tirer.
1. Afin de faciliter l'enfilage, veuillez insérer deux
doigts dans les passants qui se trouvent sur les
éléments de fermeture.
2. Placez maintenant l'orthèse autour du ventre et
fermez la fermeture à scratch sur le devant de
