5. OPERACIÓN
1. Coloque el bloqueo de talón (17) en la bancada del
marco (18), e inserte la pieza de trabajo en el bloque
del talón (17).
2. Cierre la válvula (41) girándola en dirección de las
agujas del reloj hasta que quede cerrada firmemente.
3. Conecte el acoplamiento de la entrada de aire en la
manguera de suministro de aire de la prensa, abra la
válvula de aire (40) para dejar que la bomba trabaje
hasta que la base (5) esté cerca de la pieza de traba-
jo. Luego, cierre la válvula de aire. Cuando no haya
suministro de aire, bombee la palanca (48) hasta que
la base esté cerca de la pieza de trabajo.
4. Procure alinear la pieza de trabajo hasta asegurar
una carga centrada.
5. Abra la válvula de aire (o bombee la palanca) para
aplicar fuerza a la pieza.
6. Cuando haya terminado el trabajo, cierre la válvula
de aire (o pare de bombear la palanca), gire la llave

CAUTION
1. You must use protective goggles, face protection
to prevent damage, and gloves when operating the
press.
2. You must examine the press before use, and should
not use it in case of observing damaged or broken
parts, leak, etc.
3. Make sure all the screws and nuts are properly fixed.
4. Ensure the press is placed in a secure and balanced
position.
5. You should not put your hands and feet close to the
press when loading.
6. You must not use the press to compress springs or
another accessory which may cause damage when
decompressing.
7. Do NOT modify the press in any way.
8. Keep children and non-authorized personnel out of
reach of the press.
9. In case of not following the instructions, the press
may suffer damage, as well as people managing it.
• Read this instruction manual carefully before using
the press.
IMPORTANT! Note the security instructions and

1. SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS:
1. Hire qualified personnel to keep the press in servi-
ceable conditions.
2. Keep it clean to optimize its functioning.
3. Maximum load capacity is of 20 tones. Do not ove-
rreach. Never apply too much pressure to the press
and always use a gauge to determine the pressure
applied.
4. Only use the press according to the function it has

6. MANTENIMIENTO
1. Limpie el exterior de la prensa con un trapo seco,
limpio y suave. Lubrique periódicamente las juntas
y los componentes móviles con un lubricante suave.
2. Guarde la prensa en un lugar seco con la maza y el
pistón totalmente contraídos cuando no esté en uso.
3. Cuando baje la eficacia, purgue el aire del sistema
hidráulico, tal y como se indica en el punto 4.2
4. Revise el nivel de aceite: quite las tuercas (55) de
encima del contenedor. Si el aceite no es suficien-
te, rellénelo con aceite de alta calidad, remplace la
tuerca del filtro de aceite y saque el aire del sistema
hidráulico tal como se indica en el punto 4.2.

11. Ensure the work piece is centered and secure.
12. Always keep your hands and feet out of cylinder bank
zone.
13. Do NOT use the press to compress springs or other
objects which may cause damage when decompres-
sing. Never leave the press loaded without vigilance.
14. Do NOT operate the press in case of tiredness or be-
ing under the effects of alcohol or drug, or any other
narcotic.
15. Do NOT allow non-qualified personnel operate the
press.
16. Do NOT modify the press in any way.
17. Do NOT use brake fluid or any other inappropriate
liquid and avoid mixing different oils when refilling the
fuel tank. Only use good-quality hydraulic oil.
18. Do NOT expose press to rain or extreme weather
conditions.
19. Press can only be repaired by professional techni-
cians and duly spare parts if it needs repairing or
some part needs to be changed. For any doubt, plea-
