2. SPECIFICATIONS
Capacity: 20 tones
Stroke: 190 mm
Working range: 0 – 988 mm
Operating width: 545 mm
Air intake/inlet: 1 – 4" NPT
Air pressure: 120 – 200 PSI
3. ASSEMBLY
Use the detailed drawing as your guide to assemble the
press. Put all the components in front of you before starting.
The following steps are recommended:
1. Join the base (21) to the left post (20) and to the
lower cross shaft (26) with washers (25), gaskets
(22), the locking gasket (23) and nuts (24).
2. Posteriormente junte el poste derecho (20) y la viga
transversal inferior (26) con arandelas (25), juntas
(22), la junta de bloqueo (23) y tuercas correspon-
dientes (24).
3. Join the base (21) to the left post (20) and to the
lower cross shaft (26) with washers (25), gaskets
(22), the locking gasket (23) and nuts (24).
4. Lace up the other upper cross beam (10) in its corres-
ponding position while inserting the lower plate (7).
5. Then secure the beam to the post with the corres-
ponding washers (9), gaskets (13), locking gaskets
(12) and nuts (11).
6. Screw the upper nut (6) and insert the mallet into the
hole in the lower plate (7). Then screw the lower nut
(8) onto the hub and join the plate (5).
7. Join the 2 press frames (18) with the 2 bolts (27)
through the washer (28) and the holes in the bed
frame.
8. Then tighten up the bolts using the 4 washers (14),
locking joints (15) and nuts (16).
