When the product is in dehumidification mode, and the evaporator temperature sensor
•
detects that the evaporator temperature is lower than 40°C and the temperature difference
between the evaporator temperature and the room temperature is lower than 19°C and the
compressor has worked for 20 minutes, the product starts to defrost for 5 minutes and the
POWER indicator flashes.
3.14 Overload protection
In case of power failure, to protect the compressor, there is a 3-minute delay until the
compressor restarts.
3.15 Draining
3.15.1 Manual draining
1.
Once the water tank is full, the product will stop working.
2. Place a container or bucket under the drain opening at the back of the product.
3. Remove the plug from the outlet.
4. Remove the plug from the drain opening.
5. The water will automatically flow into the container or
bucket.
6. Replace the plug from the drain opening when all the water
has drained.
Note
◊
Do not move the product when the water tank is full so that water does not enter the
housing.
◊
Do not turn on the product until the plug of the drain opening has been placed back on it,
otherwise condensation water will flow to the floor or carpet.
◊
Place the plug properly on the drain opening to prevent leakage.
◊
While draining, the product can be gently tilted back slightly.
◊
If the tray or bucket cannot collect all the water, before it is full, place the stopper on the
drain opening as soon as possible to prevent leakage.
3.15.2 Continuous drainage
The self-evaporating system uses the collected water to cool the condenser coils for more
efficient performance. It is not necessary to empty the water tank during cooling except during
drying and in high humidity conditions. The condensation water evaporates at the condenser
and is discharged through the drain hose.
Connect the attached drain hose to the product if you want to run the product continuously
and unattended while drying. The condensation water can automatically flow into a bucket or
be drained by gravity.
