TROUBLESHOOTING
Machine without reaction
1. Check whether the power cord is in good contact with the socket. Check whether the power cord is damaged.
2. If the machine switch has multiple modes, check whether it is in the correct mode. For details, refer to the above operation
instructions.
No vacuum
1. Correct sealing, the opening of the vacuum bag should be completely placed in vacuum chamber.
2. Check whether there are foreign objects in the heating wire and the sealing cotton area and whether the location is correct.
Make sure that the upper seal and the sealing strip is intact. Wipe clean and place it in the correct position.
3. The vacuum bag may leak air. It can be tested in the following ways. There are some air in the vacuum packaging bag, seal, and
then immerse in water, squeeze slightly, if the bubbles prove the bag leakage. Re-seal or use other vacuum bags.
4. Use a vacuum bag provided by the dealer.
5. The air leakage may be due to the vacuum bag folds, debris, cheese or other liquid. Open the vacuum bag, wipe the port part,
and flatten the vacuum bag to ensure no folds and damage.
Do not seal after vacuum
1. Vacuum pressure sensors are set in the machine. When the pressure in the vacuum packaging bag does not meet the preset
pressure, the machine will not be automatically sealed. Check whether the sealing strip and the upper seal are debris and whether
the location is correct. Wipe clean and place it in the correct position.
2. Make sure that the upper sealing and lower secret seals are not deformation and damage.
3. The vacuum bag may leak air. It can be tested in the following ways. There are some gas in the vacuum bag, seal, and then
immersed in the water, squeeze slightly, if the bubbles prove that the vacuum bag leaks air, re-seal or replace other vacuum bags.
4. The air leakage may be due to the folds and damage of the vacuum packaging bag, and there are foreign objects or other liquids
in the mouth of the bag. Open the vacuum bag, wipe the port part, and flatten the bag to ensure no folds and damage.
After the sealing, the air enters the vacuum bag again

a paper towel to prevent the vacuum bag.
Vacuum bag melt
If the silicone sealing strip and the heating wire are overheated, the vacuum bag is melted, then please open the lid to cool the
sealing silicone strip and heating wire for several minutes.
