A1 GENERALITY

A1.1 PuliMATIC scope and not recommended uses
PuiMATIC is a self cleaning protection filter with automatic washing system equipped with a filtering net
with a filtration rating of 89 micron designed to filter drinking water. PuliMATIC protects the hydraulic
distribution system and the piping from damage caused by small amount of impurities such as pebbles, rust
scales and other kind of oxides, metal trimmings with a maximum size of 2 mm. To filter process water
and/or for applications other than those described it is necessary to consult with an Acqua Brevetti s.r.l.
expert.
PuliMATIC must not be used to filter closed loop water, water containing big amount of sand,
coarse material bigger than 2mm, silt or chemicals (oils, solvents, acids, bases, glycoles).
