Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Stir in the eggs a little at a time.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the batter.

Then add the milk.

Bake the waffle directly in the waffle iron.

fresh yeast

granulated sugar

lukewarm milk

Put the flour with the vanilla sugar in a key and mix the ingredients thoro-
ughly.

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in lukewarm milk.

Add the eggs, milk (including yeast) and melted butter to the flour and mix
properly (about 1 minute).
4.
Let the dough rise for about half an hour, covered, in a warm place.
5.
Then mix the 650 g hail sugar into the dough.
6.
Then bake the waffle directly in the waffle iron.
