General features
• Power supply 230Vac, 50Hz, earthed
• Control of open/close by way of limit switches.
Maximum open/closing time adjustable using the
potentiometer
• Adjustable maximum thrust
• Adjustable standby time in automatic cycle
Notable features
STOP pushbutton (emergency halt)
The built-in control board allows an emergency stop
pushbutton to be installed (STOP). This pushbutton is of
NC type (normally closed). The opening of these
contacts produces the immediate halting of the door.
Courtesy light
The courtesy light comes on when operation starts, and
goes off when the preset time finishes. The operator
has a built-in courtesy light (8) (see "Fig. 1 Single leaf
up-and-over door" on page 35). The built-in control
board has cable connections for an additional courtesy
light (9)
Flashing light
The light remains on during the opening and closing
operations.
The light goes off when the operation finishes. The light
goes off whenever operation is interrupted at an
intermediate point.
Slowdown function
Function which reduces the speed of the door at the
end of the closing operation.

The ZEUS (T1500 and T1510) operators are constructed
to form part of an up-and-over door automation
system.
The T1500 operator, with built-in control board, is
equipped with a slowdown system which reduces
speed at the end of the opening and closing operations,
in order to prevent impacts and bangs to the door.
The T1510 operator does not have a built-in control
board.
• Cable connector for emergency halt pushbutton
(STOP)
• Opening and closing safety device cable connectors
(mechanical strip or photocell)
• Soft startup and slowdown system
• 24Vac output for peripheral connection
Advance warning function (DIP4=ON)
This function delays the start of operation by three
seconds, during which time the flashing light comes on
to warn us that operation is about to begin.
Startup impulse function (DIP1=ON)
When this function is selected, the operator begins the
opening and closing operations with thrust greater
than that programmed. Thrust returns to the usual
value a few moments after operations start.
Closing impulse function (DIP3=ON)
When this function is selected, the operator increases
the thrust at the end of slowdown.
Behaviour when connecting the power
supply
With the programming complete, if the power supply is
interrupted, the operator will carry out the opening
operation when the power supply is restored and a key
device is activated.
