Set up profile
If details, gamma, hue, etc. are registered as a profile in accordance with an installation site, the user can call the registered
contents only by pressing the [PROFILE] button on the front panel of the CCU.
Up to 6 profiles can be registered. The setting appropriate for fluorescent image capturing is preset in PROFILE 5 and PROFILE 6.
The registration can be performed on the top page of the ADVANCED MENU. The profile page has four pages. The profile num-
ber will be displayed on the top left of the corresponding profile page.
The characters specified at "USER PROFILE LABEL" will be displayed in "LABEL" (☞ page 37). The initial setup in the PRO-
FILE 1 to 4 is blank.

The brightness of the image will be automatically adjusted if "AUTO" is selected for AE (Automatic Exposure). If "MANUAL" is
selected, the brightness of the image can be adjusted manually. The AE level can be set in the advanced setting page.
The AE function adjusts the brightness of the image by controlling "GAIN" and "SHUTTER".

w Set electronic shutter [SHUTTER]
Select the electronic shutter speed from the following: "AUTO", "MANUAL(FIX)", "MANUAL(VAL)"
If "MANUAL" is selected, the electronic shutter speed can be specified. The following is available for the speed:
When the frame frequency is 59.94 Hz: 1/60 (default), 1/100, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/4000, 1/10000, ＊MANU
When the frame frequency is 50 Hz: 1/50, 1/120, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/4000, 1/10000, ＊MANU
When pressing the [SEL] button after selecting "＊MANU", the "SHUTTER" page will be displayed and fine adjustment of the
shutter speed can be performed.
The adjusting range is from 10/1125 to 1124/1125.
When "MANUAL" is selected for "AE", the electronic shutter speed can be finely adjusted with the [LEVEL] volume by selecting
"MANUAL(VAL)".
