A. Head Vibration: Turns on the head vibration and cycles through 3
massage intensities . (Low > Med > High > Off)
B. Foot Vibration: Turns on the foot vibration and cycles through 3
massage intensities . (Low > Med > High > Off)

C. Vibration Timer/All Off: Selects a 15 minute, 30 minute, or 60
minute vibration interval . Pressing a fourth time will turn off all

D. Menu: Opens a list of setting options on the LCD screen .

Light Therapy: Select from a WARM, NEUTRAL or COOL lighting
temperature mode . The lights under the bed can be timed for
30min, 60min or 8 hours .
Sound Therapy: Select from a WHITE, PINK or BROWN sound
mode . The stereo can be timed for 30min, 60min or 8 hours .
Light & Sound: Select both the light therapy mode (WARM/
NEUTRAL/COOL) and the sound therapy mode (WHITE/PINK/
BROWN) together . A timer may be set for 30 min, 60 min, or 8
hours .
