Using for the first time
1.
Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2.
Clean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues.

The invisible protective coating must be removed before you can use the appliance for
the first time. To do this, set the controls to the maximum setting and leave switched on
for approximately 10 minutes. Smoke will develop; make sure that the room is ventilated.

Switch off the cooking plate and allow it to cool down completely. The cooking plate is
now ready for use.
Use
1.
Select a suitable position close to an electric socket, on a dry and even surface.
2.
Make sure the control is in the "MIN" position before you plug in (turn entirely to the left).

Plug in.

Turn on the device by turning the control to the right. You can also use the control to
adjust the capacity.
5.
Due to the cooking plate's construction, residual heat will remain after switching off. This
may be used to keep food warm for a short period.
The setting of the thermostat depends on the type of pan, the thickness of the pan, the food
and your personal preference.
