Using the appliance
ATTENTION
Make sure the diameter of the pan is similair to the diameter
of the hotplate. Also make sure the bottom of the pan is
flat. This is to avoid wasting energy. And to prevent a defect
caused by disproportionate distribution of heat. Use the
small hotplate for small pots and the large hotplate for
large cooking pots.
