a storm. Switch if off and pull the
cable out of the power plug.
The appliance should not remain
outdoors in freezing temperatures.
Disconnect the appliance from the
power supply before assembly,
disassembly, or cleaning.

power supply before carrying out
maintenance tasks, such as clean-
ing the filter.
When you are not using the appli-
ance, or when you are cleaning it
or if a malfunction occurs, always
switch off the appliance and dis-
connect it from the power supply.

used for repairs. There are elec-
trical and mechanical parts in this
device which are essential for pro-
tection against sources of danger.
If the power cable for the appli-
ance is damaged, it must be re-
placed by the manufacturer or its
customer service or by a similarly
qualified person to avoid hazards.
Use only replacement parts and
accessories that have been provid-
ed or recommended by the manu-
facturer. All warranty claims shall
lapse immediately if foreign parts
are used.
The pumped water can be contam-
inated by escaping lubricants.
