1.2 Description of function

The thermometer uses an infrared sensor to
measure the infrared radiation at the
eardrum membrane or at the temple.
This radiation is converted into body
temperature as a function of measurement
either in the ear or at the temple, and is
shown in the display.
The practical fever indication indicates an
increased temperature using a red LED
signal.
The memory makes it possible to save
measurements and observe temperatures
over time.
With its integrated battery, the thermometer
is immediately ready for use.
