Adjustment Item Screen

Press the |2! key to select the DOT CLOCK / H.POSITION / V.POSITION / PHASE

DOT CLOCK
Vertical stripes may be observed depending on the desktop patterns or applications. tf this
occurs, perform the following adjustments.
Display a screen which has vertical stripes and align the left side of the screen by the
horizontal position adjustment, then change to the vertical stripe adjustment (DOT CLOCK)
and perform the adjustment using the "E8" or "BI" key.

H. POSITION
Adjust the horizontal position of the image by pressing the "+" or "~" key.
V. POSITION
Adjust the vertical position of the image by pressing the "+" or "—" key.

Characters may flicker or horizontal stripes may appear depending on the desktop patterns
or applications. If this occurs, perform the following adjustments.
Display a screen which has horizontal stripes and align the bottom of the screen by the
vertical position adjustment, then change to the horizontal stripe adjustment (PHASE) and
perform the adjustment using the "Æ" or "PJ" key.
Note) There are more than one optimal point. One dot on the right or left may disappear a
depending on the optimal point. If this occurs, shift to the other optimal point and
perform the horizontal position adjustment and the DOT CLOCK adjustment again.

SCREEN MODE
Adjust the screen display ratio of input signals can be adjusted.
FULL
(Magnifying 1 mode):
Input signals can be displayed on the entire panel display area.
ZOOM
(Magnitying 2 mode):
A maximum-sized image can be displayed in the panel display area without changing the
aspect ratio (circularity) of input signals.
FIN E (High image quality mode):
Input signal resolution is displayed just as it is. (A microcomputer automatically selects
the display resolution of a life-size, 1.5 times, and 2 times.)
Note) Some kind of bands and thin lines, etc. may be noticed on the outside area of the
screen when selecting the ZOOM
or FINE mode. However, thís is not a
phenomenon of malfunction. The lines will disappear a while later.
VIDEO LEVEL
The video input signal level can be matched to the computer being used.
1) Press the "fq" or "&}" key to select 0.7 V / 1.0 V / AUTO.
2) 2] will be displayed at the bottom right-hand side of the on-screen panel when AUTO has
been selected. Press the [2] key on the front operation area to perform the AUTO
adjustment screen. Adjustment time is about 5 - 6 sec.)
Note) For this function to operate correctly, a white area about the size of the mouse
cursor is necessary. Correct adjustment is not possible without such a white area.
