Power Management System
This monitor conforms to the VESA® DPMS™ standard.
This function can suppress power consumption for the display unit.
The computer and video board being used must atso conform to the VESA® DPMS' standard.
Note: Regarding operation, please consult the Operation Manuals for the hardware being used.
Modes change in response to input signals as indicated in the table below.

Caution
* Turn the monitor off when it is not to be used for a long time.
* How to release the system from the power management function
1) Setting cannot be made from the LCD monitor. The function will constantly be set to ON.
The above APM status varies according to the input signals from the computer.
2) For details concerning computer settings, read the operation manual of the computer.
Preset Memory
There are 16 reservation timing that are set by the factory. The preset timing will automatically size and center
the image with video boards which use these timing. Please see page 19 and 20 for Timing Specifications.
