Insert the THERMOMETER through the THERMOMETER BEZEL then through the hole in GRILL HOOD (from
outside) then secure with a WINGNUT. Then attach the HOOD HANDLE to the HOOD with two (2) 3/4" HEX
BOLTS, two (2) LOCK WASHERS, and two (2) HEX NUTS, see below.
