Malfunction

Cloud does not react to commands
and displays "offline".

switches at the wrong time.
Possible cause
Only "Home" version:
WiFi on the Smartphone/tablet is
deactivated.
Only "Cloud" version:
The unit has no connection to the
Cloud.
With a connection to a WiFi net-
work: Excessive distance between
router and InScenio FM-Master
Home, Cloud.
With a direct connection: Excessive
distance between
smartphone/tablet and InScenio
FM-Master Home, Cloud.
Power supply of the InScenio FM-
Master Home, Cloud interrupted.
Receiver in InScenio FM-Master
Home, Cloud defective.
"OASE Control" app is outdated.
The InScenio FM-Master Home,
Cloud- firmware is outdated
The operating system of the
smartphone/tablet is outdated.
The system time of the InScenio
FM-Master Home, Cloud does not
match the actual time.
Remedy
Activate WiFi on the
smartphone/tablet.
Check the Cloud connection pa-
rameters in the App settings.
• Reduce distance between router
and InScenio FM-Master Home,
Cloud .
• Remove obstructions between
InScenio FM-Master Home,
Cloud and router.
• Reduce distance between
smartphone/tablet and In-
Scenio FM-Master Home, Cloud .
• Remove obstructions between
InScenio FM-Master Home,
Cloud and smartphone/tablet.
Establish the power supply.
Contact the OASE service.
Install the latest version of the app
on your smartphone/tablet.
Update the firmware.
Update the operating system.
Update the system time to the
time on the operating device.
