5.4 Filling the tank
Ensure that the tank is horizontal and adequately
secured.
Fire, naked flames and smoking

Location:
on the rear side of the tank
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobil.
2. Unscrew the cap on filling connection
3. Refill the container using a delivery nozzle with
an automatic shut-off.
4. Check the contents of the tank using fill level
indicator .

5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back on
tightly.
6. Immediately remove any contamination caused
by refilling the tank with a dry cloth.
7. Close the lid of the DT-Mobil.
5.5 Refilling
Ensure that the tank is horizontal and adequately

Danger of electric shock.
Ensure electric cables/connections are
clean and dry.

Important:
The electric pump has an overheating
protection device to avoid risks caused
by overloading. Interfering with this
device will automatically shut down the
pump but will not switch off the main
switch. It is important to switch off the
pump using its own switch. Once normal
operating conditions have been re-
established, the pump can be switched
back on. If the emergency shut-off is trig-
gered under normal operating conditions,
please contact the Technical Service.

2. Connecting cable of the electric pump:
►2.1 For 12 V / 24 V
- connect the black terminal clamp to the nega-
tive terminal (-) of the suitable voltage source
- connect the red terminal clamp to the positive

terminal (+) of the suitable voltage source
►2.2 For 230 V, plug the connector into a suit-
able voltage source.
3. Open delivery line ball valve
4. Switch on electric pump
5. Remove hose
from the DT-Mobil and fully insert the deliv-

ery spout into the container/tank to be filled.
6. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle (if nec-
essary, lock with locking device) and carry out
the refuelling operation.
7. Close automatic delivery nozzle
fuel to drip off.
8. Switch off electric pump
9. Completely disconnect the power source for
the pump.
►for 12 V/24 V, disconnect the terminal
clamps in reverse order.
►for 230 V, unplug the connector
10. Roll up the cable
11. Roll up the hose and insert the delivery nozzle
into the holder.
12. Close ball valve
13. Close the lid of the DT-Mobil.
Important:
Set the switch of pump
connecting the power source.
