COATINGS THAT CONTAIN PARTICLATES OR
TEXTURE
These particles have a strong wear and tear effect on valves
and tips, but also on the hose and spray gun. This impairs the
durability of these wearing parts considerably.
These particles will also clog the inlet and outlet valves, along
with the gun filter and spray tips, leading to performance
problems.
2.2.2
FILTERING
Sufficient filtering is required for fault-free operation. To this
purpose the unit is equipped with a suction filter (Item 1) and
an insertion filter in the spray gun (Item 2). Regular inspection
of these filters for damage or soiling is urgently recommended.
A high-pressure filter (Item 3) - available as accessory - increases
the filtering surface and will provide even better performance.

2.3
SPRAYER CONFIGURATIONS
The Elite 2000 is offered with a siphon system (Figure 1). A
hopper accessory (P/N 2463293) can be purchased separately
(Figure 2).
The suction set unit can be used for all types of typical painting
jobs: doors, door frames, furniture, fences and walls.
The hopper unit is designed for thinner materials meant for fine
finishing.
