Tip: the meat can also be seasoned with on-
ions, garlic, tomato paste, mustard, oregano
etc.
Potato pancakes (approx . 6 pieces)
400 g mealy cooking potatoes
1 onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt
Pepper
Peel, wash, and finely rasp or grate potatoes.
Peal the onions and chop finely. Add the egg
and flour, season with salt and pepper and
mix all ingredients well. Add approx. 3 table-
spoons into the mould of the hamburger plate
and fry for approx. 4 minutes until crispy.
Apple puree, quark, salad or a fine salmon
cream taste best with potato pancakes.
Salmon cream:
For salmon cream, mix 1 packet of fresh
cream cheese and half a packet of finely
chopped smoked salmon. Wash and chop
half a bunch of dill and also add to the cream.
Season the salmon cream with a little lemon
juice and pepper.
