Regulations on repair
To dear users:
Thank you for your selection of Tinon wine cooler. This company will provide you the following services
against the warranty card and the valid proof of purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations provided
in Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers and the sincere undertakings made to users by
this company:
1.
The overall machine will be provided with one year's warranty service calculated from the starting date of
warranty term.
2.
Method of calculation of warranty term: The starting date of the warranty term is determined in the
following priority order: date of selling + 90 days (subject to the date of selling as specified in the
contract); date of installation + 30 days ; the production date queried by the bar code + 120 days.
3.
The ownership of parts removed during the warrant term shall belong to this company.
4.
According to the national regulations, the repair service will be provided in a paid way in one of following
cases:
a.
The machine is damaged due to removal or repair by the person other than the repair personnel of this
company;
b.
The machine is not operated in accordance with the operation manual;
c.
The machine is faulted or damaged due to any fore majeure (fire, earthquake, flood, lightening or other
natural disasters);
d.
The machine is damaged due to the unapproved removal or any removal not intended for repair, or the
use of any voltage lower than 187V or higher than 242V;
e.
The warranty term of the product is expired.
