1. Plug the probe into the probe connection on the endoscope.
2. Screw the lock nut clockwise on to the thread.

3. Press and hold the on/off switch on the endoscope for 3 seconds.
4. Image appears on the monitor.

▶ The probe is now ready to use.

BENDING THE PROBE HEAD

The arrow marking on the rotary wheel indicates the direction of the probe. Maximum
bending angle of 180° only possible when the probe cable is stretched out.

1. To bend the probe head to the right, turn the rotary wheel clockwise.

2. To bend the probe head to the left, turn the rotary wheel anti-clockwise.
NOTICE! Do not turn the rotary wheel beyond the stop.

3. To lock the set bending angle of the probe head, turn the rotary wheel lock clock-
wise to the stop.

Cleaning

Disconnect the probe from the video endoscope. No liquids must be allowed to penet-
rate the connections. Clean the camera lens with a cotton bud and a small amount of
cleaning naphtha. Clean the rest of the probe with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use al-
ro
coholic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents.

Storage

Store in the original packaging, protected from light, free of dust in a dry well ventilated

place. Store at temperatures between -10 °C and +60 °C. Before putting into storage,
place the rotary wheel in the straight position. Store the probe in a roll of diameter at

least 15 cm.
