9 Use
This product requires qualified and individual adaption to the patient
according to medical indication. All adjustments must be done by qualified
professional staff.
9.1 Restriction of Use
Because of the fitting and for hygienic reasons, we have to point out that the
product is to be used only by one patient and must not be given to any other
patient.
Attention!
We are pointing out, that this product is tested and released only
in combination with all other Streifeneder modular parts.
9.2 Misuse of Product
This product is exclusively constructed for the activity level (walky) 1 to 2 up
to maximum body weight, including carried or supported loads, of up to
125 kg and is not suitable for sporting activities (e.g. jumping, running, etc.).
Attention!
The approved maximum weight load of this product is limited
and depends on the component with the lowest weight limit
used in the prosthetic construction, which determines the
maximum weight load of the entire construction. The maximum
weight load means the body weight of the user including carried
and supported loads is designed for up to 125 kg.
9.3 Useful Life
The product has been tested to ISO 10328 for three million load cycles.
Depending on the activity of the prosthesis wearer, this corresponds to a
duration of use of 36 to 60 months.
