General safety notes
■ Damage can occur following an accident at an impact speed of
over 10 km/h. The product must then be checked by the manuf-
acturer
■ Make sure that the product is not trapped between hard parts (ve-
hicle door or seat rails) and is not damaged
■ Regularly check all important parts for damage
■ Make sure that the mechanical components are in perfect working
order
■ Faulty parts must be replaced by the manufacturer
■ Never leave your child unsupervised in the vehicle
■ Always place your child in the baby seat before setting out and ne-
ver while travelling. Never remove your child from the seat while
travelling
■ You will need to change to the next seat size up when the crown
of your child's head has reached or is above the top edge of the
baby seat when the inside cushion is in the uppermost position
■ An incorrectly installed child seat can endanger the life and health
of all vehicle occupants
■ Only use a genuine Audi cover, as the cover is an essential part
of the system's functionality. Replacements can be obtained from
your Audi partner. The child seat must not be used without the co-
ver
■ Prolonged use of the ISOFIX Base and Audi child seats can cause
wear marks on the vehicle seat
■ Protect the child seat from direct sunlight. The cover heats up and
could burn your child
