Before carrying out any type of maintenance on your equipment, always turn off the
engine, disconnect the spark plug cable and wait for the engine to cool.
Oil change
Always check the engine with the equipment turned off and stopped on a flat surface. Drain the oil while
the engine is still a little warm to ensure quick and complete draining.
1. Remove all fuel from the tank, letting the engine run until it stops due to lack of fuel.
2. Remove the drain screw (18) [Fig. 20] and position the equipment on its side, so that the oil drains
through the drainage hole, collecting it in a suitable tray [Fig. 21].
3. Replace the drain screw (18) and close tightly [Fig. 20].
4. Fill with 500 ml of 10W30 synthetic oil and check the oil level. To check the oil level in the engines,
you need to screw the cover on all the way. The oil level must be between the upper mark and the lower
mark on the gauge for correct engine working condition [Fig. 22].

The amount of oil in your change may vary. For best results, check the measuring stick. With
the equipment parked on a flat surface, add oil until it reaches the maximum point on the
dipstick.
Used oil can contaminate the environment, so it must be disposed of properly. Do not dispose
of with household waste, down drains or in the environment. Check for recycling/disposal
facilities with your local authorities, service station or retailer.
The mower can only be turned on its side when removing the
used oil. Never turn the mower on its side or with the engine
facing down when it is filled with oil and gasoline. If it is
necessary to tilt the mower, position the spark plug upwards
[Fig. 23].
Air filter
Check before each use, the cleaning of the air filter. The air filter must always be clean for the
appropriate engine working condition. Clogged filters due to lack of cleaning cause serious engine
working condition problems, including loss of power and damage to the cylinder, piston and rings.
