7. Clean the oil outlet (1), oil inlet (2) and the rear groove of the rod (3) with a soft brush.
8. Clean the chain with a soft brush.
9. Assemble again the bar, the chain and the cover.
12.1 Maintenance:
General maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and the replacement of the chain and / or bar require disassembly and assembly
of the chainsaw.
12.2 Chain and bar disassembly:
1. Disconnect the battery from the chainsaw.
2. Use Allen wrench supplied to unscrew the two locking nuts (1) and remove the cover (2).
3. Unscrew the chain tension adjusting screw (3) to loosen the tension.
4. Remove the chain and bar.
12.3 Chain and bar assembly:
1. Disconnect the battery from the chainsaw.
2. Make sure the casing (2) is removed and the set screws (1) are loose.
3. Adjust the tension adjustment bolt (3), place the bar on the chainsaw body (4) and insert the guide plate fixing column (5) into
the fixing hole (6) on the bar.
4. The front and rear face of the bar (7) are the same, you can mount it interchangeably.
5. Insert the chain into the bar slot and refer to the arrow on the pinion cover to understand the correct direction of the chain.
6. Assemble the pinion cover and tighten the two locking nuts (1).
