Accessories
Warning! Since accessories, other than those offered by
STANLEY FATMAX, have not been tested with this product,
use of such accessories with this product could be hazardous.
To reduce the risk of injury, only STANLEY FATMAX recom-
mended accessories should be used with this product.
WARNING: Do not use a bonded abrasive wheel that is past
its expiration (EXP) date as marked near center of wheel, if
provided. Expired wheels are more likely to burst and cause
serious injury. Store bonded abrasive wheels in dry location
without temperature or humidity extremes. Destroy expired or
damaged wheels so they cannot be used.
Recommended accessories for use with your product are
available at extra cost from your local dealer or authorized
service center.
Warning! Accessories must be rated for at least the speed
recommended on the tool warning label. Wheels and other
accessories running over their rated accessory speed may fly
apart and cause injury.
Use only the accessories shown in the Accessories Chart of
this manual. Accessory ratings must always be above tool
speed as shown on tool nameplate.
WARNING: Handle and store all abrasive wheels carefully to
prevent damage from thermal shock, heat, mechanical dam-
age, etc. Store in a dry protected area free from high humidity,
freezing temperatures or extreme temperature changes.
