- Wash the baskets and racks with hot soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Clean the interior and the exterior of the appliance with a cloth dampened in warm water.
Then, dry the appliance thoroughly.

3. OPERATION

On/Off
Press the Power icon to switch on/off the appliance and to cancel all functions. When you
connect the appliance to the mains, this icon will light up. Pressing it once will illuminate the
entire control panel. Press the Power icon again to switch off the appliance.
Start/Pause
After selecting the temperature and time, press the Start/Pause icon to start cooking. To pause
cooking, select the zone you want to pause, then press the Start/Pause icon again.
Time/Temperature
Press the Time/Temperature icon to set the time or temperature in each mode after having
previously selected it. Use the increase or decrease icons to increase or decrease the duration.
Basket selection
Press the Alternate basket icon to select the basket you are going to cook in.
