4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
-
Clean the fryer after every use.
-
The baskets and racks are coated with non-stick paint. Do not use metal utensils or
abrasive products to clean them, as this may damage their non-stick surface.
1.
Unplug the fryer from the power socket and allow it to cool down.
NOTE: if you remove the baskets, the fryer will cool down sooner.
2. Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the product.
3. Clean the baskets with a non-abrasive sponge dampened in warm soapy water. To wash
the racks, place them in the baskets and fill them with hot water. Keep the racks soaking
for 10 minutes.
4. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
5. Use a brush to remove all food debris.
NOTE: if food remains stuck to the racks or baskets, place them in a sink with warm, soapy
water and let them soak.
Storage
1.
Before storing the fryer, make sure that it is unplugged and that all parts are clean and dry.
2. Do not store it in a place that is too hot or too humid.
3. Place the racks in the baskets, and the baskets inside the fryer.
4. Store the fryer in its original box or in a clean, dry place.
