5. When cooking is finished, the fryer will beep 5 times and the word "END" will appear on the
display. The appliance will switch off after 20 seconds.
6. Remove the ingredients by tipping them over or using tongs/silicone-tipped utensils. Do
not place the basket on the main unit.

Press this icon to cook a larger quantity of the same food, or to cook different foods using the
same menu, temperature, and time.
1. Put the ingredients in the baskets. Then, place the baskets in the fryer.
2. Press the L+R icon, then press the desired menu.
3. After that, press the Start/Pause icon to start cooking in both baskets.
NOTE: you will have to turn some ingredients over in the middle of the cooking process. To do
this, remove the basket by holding the handle. Once the ingredients have been turned, return
the basket to the fryer. When the basket is removed, "OPEN" will appear on the display.

1. Select the basket.

3. Press the temperature icon to select the temperature. Use the increase and decrease icons
to increase or decrease the temperature.
4. After that, press the Start/Pause icon to start cooking in both baskets.
