NOTE: please note that this information is for reference only. As ingredients may vary in origin,
size, shape, and brand, we cannot guarantee that the settings shown below are the most
appropriate. Removing the basket during operation will hardly affect the cooking process.
NOTE: if the fryer is not preheated, the cooking time should be increased by 3 minutes.
Synchronisation (SYNC)
This function allows both baskets to finish at the same time, even if the temperature, time, or
menu selected are different.
1. Put the ingredients in the baskets. Then, place the baskets in the fryer.
2. Press the SYNC icon. The Basket 1 zone shall be illuminated. Then, press the desired menu
icon.
3. Select basket 2. Then, press the desired menu icon.
NOTE: you can select a different menu for basket 2.
4. Next, press the Start/Pause icon to start cooking in the basket that has been programmed
for the longest cooking time. The other basket will display "HOLD". The second basket will
start when both have the same amount of time remaining.
ATTENTION: you will have to turn some ingredients over in the middle of the cooking process.
To do this, remove the basket by holding the handle. Once the ingredients have been turned,
return the basket to the fryer. When the basket is removed, "OPEN" will appear on the display.
NOTE: when using the fryer for the first time, set the temperature to 200 °C and run it for 30
minutes without any food inside.
