Requirements
The peristaltic pump head is installed on the peristaltic pump drive (see in-
structions for the peristaltic pump head and drive).
Procedure
Slide the interlock on the base of the cassette into the cassette stand.

Connect the feed tube to a suitable feed vessel, e.g. feed reservoir, and to

the feed port of the cassette.
If two cassettes will be operated in series: Connect the feed tube to the
t
feed port on the lower cassette.
Insert the feed tube into the peristaltic pump head (see instructions for
t
the persitaltic pump head).
Connect the permeate tube(s) to the permeate port(s) and place it | them
t
into a suitable permeate vessel, e.g. laboratory bottle.
Connect the pressure indicator to the retentate port of the cassette.

If two cassettes will be operated in series: Connect the pressure indica-
t
tor to the retentate port on the upper cassette.
Connect the retentate tube to the pressure indicator on the cassette and
t
to the feed reservoir.
