1. Insert the chopping blade into the work bowl of the
food processor. With the machine running on High,
drop the garlic and jalapeño through the feed tube to
finely chop. Add the onion and cilantro and chop
using quick pulses until evenly chopped. Scrape
down the sides of the bowl.
2. Scoop out the insides of the avocados in pieces
directly into the work bowl and add the lime juice and
salt. Pulse until desired consistency is achieved. If a
smooth texture is desired run on High until
completely smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as
desired. Serve immediately.
