Problem
The product pulls to one side dur-
ing operation.
The motor does not start.
The motor does not operate
smoothly or cannot operate at full
speed.

Transportation and storage
WARNING: Stop the motor and disconnect
the power cord before you lift or move the
product.
WARNING: It is not recommended to
manually lift the product by 1 person.
• Remove the blade and the skid plate before
transportation or storage of the product. Refer to
remove the blade on page 10 .

Solution
Do a check that the front pointer is correctly aligned with the center of the dia-
mond blade.
Do a check of the skid plate for damage or burrs.
Do a check that the blade is not worn out, smooth, out of shape or damaged.
Do not twist or move the product to the sides while you cut. Gradually change
the pressure on the handlebar to control the blade in the cut.
Make sure that all wheels moves freely and smoothly.
Let the blade cut at its correct rate of speed. Do no push the product forward
with hard force.
Do a check that the power switch is in the ON position.
Do a check that the power cord and the connector is not damaged.
Reset the overload protection.
Do a check that the blade shaft rotates freely and that there are no concrete in
the blade block.
Do a check of the fuses at the power supply and the RCD (ground fault circuit
interrupter).
If the motor cannot start when you go through above solutions, speak to a Husq-
varna service center. Do not open the electric box or replace electrical compo-
nents.

Stop the product with the power switch and wait until the indicator goes off be-
fore you continue.
