Introduction

To remove the product from the
package
• Lift the product from the center handle on the roll
cage to remove the product from the package.

To install the blade

Note: No blade or skid plate are included with the
product. Purchase the correct blade and skid plate from
your local Husqvarna dealer, refer to
page 23 .
WARNING: Examine the blade for damage
or wear. If the blade shows damage or wear,
discard the blade. A worn or damaged blade
can cause injury.
WARNING: Examine the blade flanges for
damage, wear and dirt. Clean dirty flanges
and replace flanges that are damaged.
Worn, damaged or dirty product parts can
cause injury.
If you have the blade block guard, a blade
and a skid plate installed, refer to
the blade on page 10 .

• Replace damaged, worn or broken parts.
CAUTION: When you clean the product,
make sure not to get water in the electrical
system and the motor. Water can cause
damage to the product or short circuit to the
motor.
1. Put the new blade (C) tightly against the inner flange
on the blade shaft (D).

2. Make sure that the rotation direction of the blade is
correct.
Note: The decal above the blade block shows the
direction of the blade.
3. Put the outer flange (B) tightly against the blade on
the blade shaft.
4. Install the blade shaft bolt (A)
