DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT
Detection by resistive or mechanical strip (parameter C9) cable connectors P24 and P25
During opening
If the safety strip is activated during opening, the
display shows OPC9, the gate stops and slightly recedes,
and remains on standby until a key command is
received.
Direct detection (built-in safety)
During opening
If the gate collides with an obstacle during opening, it
reverses direction and slightly closes. The gate remains
on standby until a key command is received and the
display shows CLF1 or CLE1. When the key command
is received, it closes completely.

Collision detection does not work in the slowdown zone (in opening or closing).
When slowdown is selected, the slowdown zone is the invalidation zone, since the gate open or
gate closed limit switches are being reached.
If slowdown is not selected, the operator shuts down and considers the operation (opening or
closing) as finished when it detects an obstacle.

Erreka Automatismos declares that the VIVO-M203(M)
control boards have been designed for use in a machine
or for assembly along with other elements in order to
form a machine in line with Directive 2006/42/EC.
VIVO-M203(M) control boards allow installations which
fulfil Standards EN 13241-1 and EN12453 , provided
they are installed appropriately and correctly. The
installer shall be responsible for proper installation.

During closing
If the safety strip is activated during closing, the display
shows CLC9, the gate reverses direction and opens
completely.
During closing
If, during closing, the gate collides with an obstacle, it
reverses operation direction and opens completely. The
display shows OPF1 or OPE1 flashing. If it collides twice
consecutively, it resets when sending a new key
command (the display shows rS).
VIVO-M203 control boards comply with safety
legislation, in line with the following directives and
standards:
• 2006/95/EC (low voltage materials)
• 2004/108/EC (electromagnetic compatibility)
• EN 60555-2
• UNE-EN 60335-1
