pound chicken tenders

pound bacon

pound pepper jack cheese, cubed
Flatten chicken tenders. Roll up cube of pepper jack cheese. Wrap the bacon and
secure with toothpick. Place chicken on oven-safe dish or pan (you may also cover
the low rack with aluminum foil) and bake for 20 minutes on the low rack, turning
the last 5 minutes.
Veggie quesadillas

tortillas (6inch)

cup shredded cheese (any flavor)

tbsp tomatoes, diced

tbsp onion, diced

tbsp bell pepper, diced

tbsp mushroom, diced
4
tbsp taco sauce
Cooking spray
Lightly spray a small oven-safe dish or pan with cooking spray. Cook the diced
vegetables at 300°F for about 3 minutes on the high rack. Remove from oven and
add the taco sauce and set aside. Lightly spray the small oven-safe pan and place 1
tortilla shell into the pan. Put a thin layer of cheese onto the shell and scatter 1
tablespoon of the vegetable mixture over the top of the cheese. Add another thin
layer of cheese and cover with the second tortilla shell. Cook at 300°F on the high
rack for 1-3 minutes or until both sides are slightly brown. Cut into quarters and
serve hot.
Individual pan pizza (frozen)
Place pizza directly on the low rack. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on
the pizza and stop cooking if starts to become too brown.
