Before First Use
Read all instructions before first use and follow them carefully.
Wipe thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth. Wash the extender and the glass bowl in
warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before use. NEVER submerge
the lid or galvanized base in water or any other liquid. Only the glass bowl, extender
ring, tongs and racks are dishwasher safe.
Before first use, heat up the empty oven at maximum temperature for 5 minutes. This
will eliminate any odors from inside the oven. NOTE: The handle must be pushed
down into a horizontal position to turn the oven ON. When the handle is in the
vertical position, the oven will turn itself OFF.
NEVER immerse the lid or galvanized base in water or any other liquid. NEVER get any
liquids inside the lid.
How to Use
1. Push the handle all the way down until it snaps securely in place. If it is not
completely down, the oven will not turn on.
2. Plug the power cord into the outlet. Set the timer to the desired time and the
red LED light will illuminate.
3. Select the temperature and the green LED light will illuminate as well as the
interior oven light and heating element. Both the lights and the heating
element will turn off when the selected temperature has been reached. If the
inner temperature drops below the selected level, both the lights and the
heating element will turn back on indicating the oven is maintaining the
selected temperature.
4. The red light (timer) and the green light (temperature) will turn off when the
time is up and there will be a sound indicating the cooking time is complete.
5. When cooking is complete, unplug the turbo convection oven from the outlet.
Remove the lid and place it on the rack that is not being used. Allow to cool
before cleaning or storing. NEVER put the hot oven lid directly on the
countertop or table as this might cause damage or create a fire hazard.
6. Use extreme caution when removing pans or cooking racks from the turbo
convection oven.
7. Always use wooden, heat-resistant or nylon utensils while cooking. Metal
utensils may scratch the glass. Do not clean with metal scouring pads as
pieces may break off the pads and make contact with electrical parts,
increasing the risk of electrical shock.
