ASSEMBLING THE STAND MIXER

1. Press the tilting head release button and raise the tilting head. Install the mixing bowl in
the mixer body. (4-5)
2. Once the bowl is in place, press the tilting head release button and push the tilting head
down. (6)
3. Place the hand mixer on top of the tilting head and lock it in place. (7-8)

USING THE STAND MIXER

1. Press the tilting head release button and raise the tilting head.
2. Place the ingredients inside the bowl and install the bowl in the stand mixer body.
3. Press the tilting head release button with one hand and then push down the tilting with
the other.
4. Plug the mixer into a power supply.
5. Set the desired speed by sliding the speed selector left and right. The first setting to the
left is the "0" position, and speed is increased as it is moved to the right.
a. Increase speed as the mixture thickens.
b. Increase speed if the appliance starts to slow down.
6. Press the turbo button to operate the device at maximum speed. The motor will operate
as long as the button is held in position.
7. When the mixture has reached the desired texture and consistency, set the speed selector
at "0" again and raise the blender carefully.
8. To remove the tools, make sure the speed switch is in the off "0" position and unplug the
mixer. Hold from the tool shafts and press the accessory release button.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• When creaming for cake mixtures, use butter or margarine at room temperature before use.
• Large and thick mixtures may require longer mixing time.
• For best results with small quantities, use the hand mixer without the stand.
• When mixing larger quantities or heavier mixes, detach the hand mixer from the stand and use
a bowl of an appropriate size.
• To knead bread doughs, remove the hand mixer from the stand and use it hand held.
