Troubleshooting

Problem
The tool does not work
The tool works intermittently
Tying has been unsuccessful
or not good.
The battery cannot be
recharged.
The red indicator of the
charger is blinking.

7 DISMANTLING THE MACHINE WHEN NO LONGER USED

7.1

Disposal of exhaust materials

After having been installed and during use, the machine does not cause any environmental pollution.
However, throughout its working life, some types of residual waste or exhaust materials (such as filters, oil,
etc.) are being produced in certain maintenance situations.
There are specific regulations in every Country as for the disposal of these materials and the environment
protection.
The Customer is required to be knowledgeable in the Laws in force in his own Country and to operate only
while complying with these regulations, according to the indications in the product technical charts, which
may be obtained from the Manufacturer.

Solution
Charge the battery.
Check the correct tool connection to the
battery.
Take the tool to an Authorised Service Point
for repair

Adjust tying by means of the mode selector
Check if there are any foreign materials and
tie residues in the tie supply track and remove
them.
1.Check if the tie is locked in the supply track
and clean it.
2.Remove possible foreign materials or tie
residues from the tie supply track and clean it.
1.Operation may be too fast, please adjust
operation speed. Only after confirming the
completion of tying action the tying machine
can be lifted up.
Check the connection between the battery
and its charger.
Check the connection between the battery
charger and the power supply.
Wait for 10 minutes.
Replace the battery.
Replace battery the charger.
