Description
Dräger FPS 7000 facepieces are available in various versions:
as full face mask (consisting of mask body with rubber flaps and
head harness). A rubber harness or a hair net can be used as head
harness.)
as mask/helmet combination (consisting of mask body without
rubber flaps, with mask/helmet adapter S-fix or Q-fix and helmet).
The facepieces are available in the following versions:

The exhalation resistances stipulated by EN 136 will not be
met when self-contained breathing apparatus or respiratory
filters with round thread connection according to DIN EN 148-
1 are used.

The facepieces can be used within a temperature range between
-30 °C and +60 °C.
Special goggles are available for users who wear spectacles.

2.2
Intended use
The facepieces of the Dräger FPS 7000 series protect the face and the
eyes against aggressive media. They may only be used with approved
self-contained breathing apparatus, fresh air hose breathing appara-
tus or respiratory filters.
2.3
Approvals
The full face masks are approved to EN 136:1998 + CL.3. The mask/
helmet combinations are also approved to DIN 58610. Both versions
are marked with the CE mark of conformity. In addition, they meet the
flame engulfment requirements stipulated in EN 137.
