7.17 Exchanging the primary fuse
The primary fuses are in a container under the mains connection.
•
Isolate the lifting column from the mains.
•
Press the retaining clip 2 together and pull the holder
1 out of the lifting column.
•
Replace the defective fuses 3 with new fuses of the
same type (6.3A).
•
Push the holder back into the lifting column until it
engages securely.
Using unsuitable fuses or repairing fuses can cause a fire, lead to injuries and acci-
dents, and damage the lifting column.
•
Always isolate the lifting column from the mains before you change a fuse.
•
Never repair a fuse.
•
Always replace a fuse with a new fuse of the same rating and the same size.
•
Never replace a fuse with a metal strip, a paper clip or anything similar - not
even for a short time!
Do not continue to operate the lifting column if the fault cannot be rectified by exchan-
