Possible Cause
The barcode on the Die Set was not read
successfully.
The bar code reader is malfunctioning
Die Set is not fully inserted.
Die Set is not contacting the safety
switch.
Edge detection flag on Die Set is stuck in
an outward position.
Sensor could be blocked by paper dust.
Power cord not fully inserted.
Faulty sensor.

Corrective Action

Remove and reinsert the Die Set.
Contact your service provider.
Remove and re-insert the Die Set.
Contact your service provider.
Remove Die Set and push the edge
detection flag in. If problem continues,
replace the flag.
Remove Die Set and blow air into the
area where the Die Set goes in the
Magnapunch 2.0.
Check the power cord to ensure it is
connected fully at both ends.
If this does not resolve the problem,
contact your service provider.
