ive observation by the orthopaedic technician and knowledge regarding the function of the leg
orthosis system are indispensable.

The BionicLink is powered by the battery in the leg orthosis. For this reason, adjustments
should only be made when the battery in the leg orthosis is fully charged.

6 Preparation for use
6.1 Preparing the BionicLink
The following steps only need to be carried out during first-time use.
1) Insert the wireless adapter cable plug into the BionicLink.
INFORMATION: The plug does not need to be removed again.
2) Insert the proper side of the hook-and-loop strap into the slots on the back of the BionicLink
(see fig. 1).
6.2 Attaching the BionicLink
1) Open the plug cover on the joint module (see fig. 2).
