INSTALLATION
It is suitable to read the instructions attentively before the installation is carried
out.The non observance of the above-mentioned instructions, the improper
use or a wrong connection could compromise the safety or the correct device
operating and then the whole system working.

The equipment installation has to get carried out "to a fine art" only by qualified
personnel in compliance with the laws in force, following laws EN 12453 and EN 12445
regarding safety of automations.
Calculate disconnection elements into the power supply system somewhere within
reach.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

To grant the operator safety and to prevent any components damages, the control
unit must absolutely have no power supply during the connections.
Keep the power supply cables separate from the control cables.
For the supply cables, motor lines, flashing lights line/courtesy light, electric lock, use a
cable with min. section of 1,5 mmq.; For the auxiliary supplies, the safety controls and
contacts, a min. section of 0,5 mmq. Whenever the control cables are very long (over
30 metres), it is advisable to decouple by relay at the actual control unit.
Whenever a fuse blows, after having removed the cause, replace with a new fuse that
has the same characteristics. Install the safety devices, limit switch, photocells, sensitive
band, stop button.
If one or more safety devices are not installed, connect the relative terminals with the
controls common by means of a jumper.
All the N.C. contacts coupled to the same input have to be connected in series.
All the N.A. contacts coupled to the same input have to be connected in parallel.
An external, independent isolatin switch (not supplied)should be installed for the power
supply of control unit
