Continuation of SOLPAL Inc. Liability Policy
If any of these Products is found to not be in accordance with the requirements of this Policy, Solpal
Inc. shall, at its option and at its own expense repair or replace any defective or nonconforming Prod-
product. Timely notice shall be limited to within 90 days of discovery of such defect.
This Limited Warranty only covers claims caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary
use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other cause or reason, including but not limited
and lightning, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized representative of Solpal Inc.. Liability
or part which is not manufactured by Solpal Inc. (ii) water freezing in tanks, pipes, or other product
components; (iii)breakage of glass surface of any product component; (iv) conditions resulting from
conform to the installation instructions provided by Solpal Inc.; (viii) clouding or condensation naturally
resulting from temporary intrusions of moisture into the product; (ix) failure to provide reasonable and
necessary maintenance in accordance with Solpal Inc. guidelines and User Manual; or (x) faulty instal-
lation including but not limited to mounting, that does not conform to relevant federal, state or local
codes and ordinances, good industry practices, or to current applicable diagrams, technical bulletins, or
written installation instructions provided by Solpal Inc.

Solpal Inc. product are encouraged to insure themselves for the exposure they may face as a result
